Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy

As a small business specializing in carefully curated vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, we kindly ask that you read our policy before making a purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at:

• Your order number

• Full name

• The item(s) you wish to return

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

• Original tags (if applicable) must remain attached.

• The item must be free from perfume, smoke, makeup stains, pet hair, or any other signs of use.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was received.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Archivo Ateliér cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

Vintage Items

Please note that all items sold by Archivo Ateliér are vintage, second-hand, or reworked pieces unless otherwise stated.

Minor signs of age and wear are considered part of the character and history of vintage garments and do not constitute defects.

Any visible imperfections will always be clearly shown in the product photographs and described whenever relevant.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the description provided, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

We will review the information and respond as soon as possible.

If your claim is approved, Archivo Ateliér will provide instructions for the return and cover any applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
